Yuchen Chen, Ph.D.

I earned a Master’s degree in Dr. Xiaohang Yang’s lab at Zhejiang University, where I studied Drosophila neuroblast division and miRNA function. I completed my Ph.D. in Dr. Wei Song’s lab at Wuhan University, using a Drosophila cachexia model and multi-omics approaches to explore the complex interactions among gut microbes, immune responses, inter-organ communication, and tumor-induced host wasting.
